Low Pressure Ring Main, High Pressure Steel Pipe Network, Pressure Reducing Stations and associated industrial meter sets  Lootah BCGas operates a natural gas distribution system in Dar es Salaam serving a wide variety of industrial customers and provision for futureadditions. The primary system takes off at Songas 89 mbar transmission line with a steel line to two Main Supply Stations (PRS) from which a 7 bar Polyethylene (PE) gas distribution network is installed. The total PE gas distribution network is approximately 45 kms serving 4 high pressure customers and35 industrial customers.
